Area Check is an application designed to provide detailed insights into neighborhoods to assist in making informed decisions when purchasing a property or renting an apartment.

It is important to note that this application exclusively offers information markers for territories within the United States.

New users can take advantage of the complimentary trial offer, which includes:

1. A free 3-day trial period to explore the map featuring various marked information.
2. Ten complimentary searches for specific address hazard and crime rate information.

The app categorizes various points of interest, such as: Shelter Information, Funeral Homes, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Properties, Cannabis Stores, Signal Transmission Towers, Gun Ranges, Electric Substations, Power Transmission Lines, Solid Waste Landfill Facilities, Wastewater Treatment Plants, Power Plants, Fire Stations (Fire Alarms), Hospitals (Siren Alarms), Urgent Care Facilities (Siren Alarms), Railroad Crossings (Train Whistles), Law Enforcement (Siren Alarms), and Fortune 500 Corporate Headquarters (indicative of high rental demand areas).

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS

AreaCheck is free to download; however, a monthly subscription is necessary to unlock the full functionalities of the map tool permitting users to navigate and explore nearby neighborhoods efficiently. The monthly subscription does not include access to specific address crime rates (available only for cities with populations over 100,000) and hazard records from 2018 to 2020. Users can opt to purchase additional search opportunities while under an active subscription.

Specific address lookups are tied to individual Area Check accounts (and not iTunes accounts) and cannot be transferred or exchanged between different app accounts. Address searches are only accessible during an active subscription period.

Purchase transactions are processed via credit card through your iTunes account upon confirmation. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless auto-renewal is disabled in the iTunes account settings post-purchase or canceled at least 24 hours before the subscription term concludes.
